These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of takepure.co and purchases from Pure. Pure is operated by Yannic Buchert, Sebastian-Schwarz-Straße 3/3, 4840 Vöcklabruck, Austria (“Pure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Policy.
1. Eligibility and Intended Market
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live and legally capable of entering a contract. Our products and storefront are intended for customers in the United States. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
2. Health and Supplement Disclaimer
Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or are preparing for surgery. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual results vary.
References to scientific research concern ingredients and do not necessarily constitute clinical testing of the finished Pure product.
3. Products and Website Information
We aim to display product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information accurately. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
4. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, incorrect information, product unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping, Refunds, and Order Changes
Shipping estimates and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Refund eligibility and the 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Contact info@takepure.co as soon as possible for order changes; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
When you choose a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. The current product offer renews every four weeks unless a different interval is clearly shown when you subscribe.
You may cancel at any time without a minimum commitment through the Manage Subscription page at takepure.co/a/subscriptions/login or by emailing info@takepure.co. Cancellation prevents future renewals once processed; it does not reverse an order already charged or fulfilled. Full details are provided in our Subscription Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with its security or operation; upload malicious code; scrape or collect information without authorization; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or purchase products for unauthorized resale. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
The Pure name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. No content may be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and shipping partners, and Seal Subscriptions. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites linked from our site.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such exclusion is legally permitted. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
12. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or business reasons by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will apply only as permitted by law and after appropriate notice. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated above form the agreement between you and Pure regarding the website and purchases.
